FRACTIONAL CFO LEADERSHIP

Management support

Bring a finance perspective to the management table.

Financial questions do not always arrive on a reporting schedule. S4A works with business owners and management teams to interpret the numbers, clarify priorities, and organize the financial work behind important decisions.

WHEN THIS SUPPORT HELPS

A focused response to
a real business need.

Useful when leaders need a finance sounding board, clearer management reporting, or help coordinating financial priorities across an existing team.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE BUSINESS QUESTION

Use a monthly review to connect a margin change to pricing, staffing, or delivery issues, then agree which team members will investigate and respond.

Example only. The work is tailored to your business.

START WITH THE RIGHT QUESTIONS

What would a clearer
answer help you do?

  • What should management focus on this month?
  • How do we turn financial results into useful actions?
  • Who owns the next step, and when will it be reviewed?

A FEW USEFUL QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Can you work with our existing bookkeeper or controller?

Yes. An engagement can be scoped around your current team, with clear responsibilities for records, reporting, analysis, and management decisions.

Does this include a full-time or on-call CFO?

Availability, meeting cadence, and response expectations are agreed in the statement of work. Fractional support does not imply continuous or on-call coverage.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PRIORITIES
